Montana Vista is a Laveen subdivision located South of Baseline and it’s is bordered by the Aguila golf course on the East, 43rd Ave on the West, South Mountain on the North, and Dobbins on the South side. The subdivision offers many homes with great views to the South Mountains, which is one of its draws. Montana Vista is one of the newer subdivisions with most homes being built from 2007to 2010. This of course was during the economic down turn and you can still see some vacant lots on the northern end of the subdivision. Most homes are between 1200 square feet and as high as 3400 square feet.
There are some really great floor plans to the homes in Montana Vista. As the name implies too, the homes offer great views of the Carver foothill as well as the South Mountains and Estrella Mountains. Homes do vary in size as mentioned above, but you can still find great first time buyer deals, as well as wonderful large move up opportunities.
