Laveen farms subdivision runs from about Baseline rd north to Southern, and from about 67th Ave West to about 78th Ave. This is a very large community with several phases that occurred during the building process. Most homes built from 2004 through 2009. There are over 600 homes within the Laveen Farms community. The homes in Laveen farms range from the low 1200’s to over 4000 square feet in size.
