I have been working in real estate since early 2004 and have specialized in Laveen real estate as well as South Phoenix. I’ve sold well over 200 homes in my career, with plenty of experience working with residential resale, new homes, homes on acreage, short sales, foreclosures, bank owned properties and plenty in between. With close to 10 years experience in the residential market, I have seen most situations that arise during a real estate transaction. This experience and Laveen Real Estate knowledge benefits my clients, as I can help the real estate transition through obstacles that may arise during a deal.
More about Me:
I spent most of my early life growing up in South America. My time living in South America was split with most years between Argentina and Paraguay and smaller times in Brazil and Chile. Having spent much time there, I picked up Spanish as well as a understanding and respect for different cultures in the World.
I attended University in Chicago as well as New Mexico State at which I received my B.S In Business Administration. My business degree has given me opportunities in the Banking industry, the sports and non-profit industry, the telecom industry and for the last 10 years real estate.
I’ve spent my almost 10 years in real estate with only 3 different brokerages. Started out with Keller Williams, and then moved to Remax, and now have been with Homesmart for about 7 months. While some of these brokerages are higher profile names with a lot of national recognition, as an agent after some time that does not matter as much. Much like anything in life, you begin to really question if the return on investment with any particular company is worth it. Homesmart, where I now make my real estate home, has many agents and also sells a LOT more real estate than the other two brokerages. More importantly, it is a good fit as it meets the needs of my clients and my ability to better serve them in their Laveen real estate transactions.
